On Being & Building
I write about leadership, geopolitics, and systems design — these pieces connect research, practice, and real-world application.
About Victoria
I’m passionate about building leaders at every stage of their career and helping move bold ideas from concept to execution.
My work lives at the intersection of governance, systems thinking, and human development. I explore why certain reforms succeed while others fade, how coalitions shape policy outcomes, and how unintended consequences emerge from well-designed plans. Underneath it all is this question: How do we prepare and empower individuals and organizations to lead with vision, clarity, and integrity in uncertain times?
At the Baker Institute for Public Policy, I design initiatives that equip policymakers and executives with the strategic insight, tools, and mindsets needed to navigate complex or unfamiliar issues.
Trueform Studio was born out of countless conversations I've had with friends, clients and colleagues helping bridge ideas to concepts and from there, to action. Through this studio, I work with on innovative policy ideas and with leaders—new, emerging, and in transition—to build or refine programs, research frameworks, or leadership strategies.
Whether developing a research initiative or advising on personal architecture and leadership development, Trueform Studio is where I bring my curiosity, structure, and deep belief in purposeful work to life.
